Ingredients
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 3 filet anchovy chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 shallot chopped
- fresh ginger quarter sized piece, unpealed
- 1/4 cup dry vermouth
- chives chopped - to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

- add first 6 ingredients to a small saucepan - simmer for a while (try not to boil... you will... but try not to)
- taste often - add salt & pepper as needed - its done when you think its done - strain if you like...
- add chives, serve immediately
