anchovy cream sauce
Ingredients

heavy cream
3
filet
anchovy
chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
shallot
chopped
fresh ginger
quarter sized piece, unpealed
1/4
cup
dry vermouth
chives
chopped – to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
add first 6 ingredients to a small saucepan – simmer for a while (try not to boil… you will… but try not to)
taste often – add salt & pepper as needed – its done when you think its done – strain if you like…
add chives, serve immediately
