Ingredients
- 1 tin (2oz) anchovies in oil (don't throw out oil)
- 1 clove garlic sliced
- 1 zucchini quartered lengthwise and sliced (1/8" slices)
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes -ish more or less depending on need
- dried oregeno (or fresh...)
- dried basil (or fresh...)
- coarsely ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb shrimp cleaned, shelled and tailed

Instructions
- saute anchovies, garlic & zucchini in a large skillet over medium heat
- when zucchini has softened (and hopefully has a bit of color) add tomatoes
- when tomatoes look cooked (start popping) add some oregano & basil, then the shrimp - saute until shrimp looked cooked
- assuming you've got some pasta ready (like 1/2 lb), add the pasta to the sauce stir and serve - add some black pepper, grated parmesan, and/or lemon zest & lemon juice as needed
