Ingredients
- 300 grams beans soaked 24 hours
- 2 cooking chorizo sliced
- 3 carrots sliced
- 2 potatoes cubed
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1-2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- handful sundried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt

Instructions
- put everything in a pressure cooker - cover with water by about an inch or two - bring to a boil and skim off foam
- lid pressure cooker, bring to 10psi and cook for 30 minutes
- depressurize and continue to boil until it looks like a stew (maybe another 10-20 minutes)
