Ingredients
- 1 28oz whole peeled tomatoes drained and crushed
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 4 fillets anchovies chopped
- 1/4 cup butter cut into small bits
- crushed red pepper
- salt
- pepper
- fresh thyme

Instructions
- heat oven to 425F. mix tomatoes, garlic, butter and anchovies. put mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and a few sprigs of fresh thyme
- roast for 15-20 minutes, stir and continue roasting for 15 minutes or so
- when done, remove thyme and break up any large pieces of tomato or garlic
- when serving with pasta, add a splash of the pasta liquid to sauce when mixing with pasta
