heat oven to 425F. mix tomatoes, garlic, butter and anchovies. put mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and a few sprigs of fresh thyme
roast for 15-20 minutes, stir and continue roasting for 15 minutes or so
when done, remove thyme and break up any large pieces of tomato or garlic
when serving with pasta, add a splash of the pasta liquid to sauce when mixing with pasta
